The centre will be located at 77-79 Newton Road, Newton and will cater for children from 2 years of age. To place your child’s name on the waiting list for enrolment, please complete and submit the application form below and pay the Application Fee of $80 by PayPal or Credit Card.
We will process your application once your payment has been identified. The application takes effect from the date of receipt of the Application Fee.
We apply for the below named child to be placed on the waitlist for enrolment at Montessori House. We have paid the $80 Application Fee. This fee is non-refundable.
We understand that Montessori House operates an authentic Montessori preschool curriculum and that we are committed to continuing the program until our child is due to commence Reception. We accept that our child needs to be toilet trained if being enrolled into our Casa program (ie 3-6 years).

1. Submission of this form does not constitute a guaranteed placement of your child at our centres.
2. Priority of access is determined by compliance with regulatory requirements; after that in order of date of receipt of this form.
